Frequency Shift Keying (FSK) maintenance mainly includes the following aspects:
Regular inspection and cleaning: Regularly check the connection of FSK equipment to ensure that all connection terminals are tightened correctly. At the same time, regularly clean the dust inside and outside the equipment to keep the equipment clean and prevent dust accumulation from affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
Power supply voltage monitoring: Regularly measure the power supply voltage to ensure that the power supply voltage is within the specified range (usually 180V-220V) and the frequency is 50Hz. If abnormalities are found, make adjustments in time.
Heat dissipation and ventilation inspection: Ensure that the cooling fan of the equipment is working properly, and regularly clean the heat sink and air duct to prevent dust accumulation from affecting the heat dissipation effect. Replace the aging cooling fan when necessary, and it is usually recommended to replace it every 2 years.
Anti-static measures: When performing equipment maintenance, take anti-static measures to prevent static electricity from damaging the equipment. When handling circuit boards and components, ensure that the equipment is powered off to prevent static electricity from damaging electronic components.
Regular replacement of wearing parts: Regularly check and replace wearing parts such as cooling fans and filter electrolytic capacitors. Damage to the cooling fan may be due to bearing wear or blade aging, and damage to the filter electrolytic capacitor may be due to high ambient temperature or poor power quality. Regularly measure the insulation resistance and withstand voltage test of the capacitor and replace it if necessary.
Software and firmware update: Regularly check the firmware and software version of the device and update to the latest version in time to ensure the best performance and security of the device.
